Terms of Service of BayanNatin
The following Terms of Service will govern the relationship of BayanNatin.net with the Local Government Unit (LGU), represented by its Mayor that wishes to engage the services of BayanNatin.net.

  1. The annual fee of BayanNatin.net is PhP 15,000.00. This entitles the LGU to the following:
    1. BayanNatin.net will provide the online telephone/cellphone directory platform for all entrepreneurs and service providers of the Town/City. Inclusion of these individuals or companies can be initiated by simply texting to a number provided by BayanNatin.net their enterprise name, product/service category and contact number(s).
    2. A BayanNatin webpage where the Mayor's office can post their Programs/Projects, Activities and Current Events, as well as the Officials and their positions and other details they would like the public to be aware of.

  2. It will be the responsibility of the Mayor, through his office and other local bodies, to encourage Local Entrepreneurs and companies to text-register with BayanNatin their contact details for inclusion in the BayanNatin Town Directory. ;

  3. Inclusion in the BayanNatin Town Directory via text simply lists the name of the entrepreneur or service provider, his cellphone number and the service category he falls under. If he would like to post more details about himself and the product or service he is offering, he may do so by logging into BayanNatin.net's Registration Page.

  4. BayanNatin.net will employ reasonable security measures to protect the personal data against any unauthorized or accidental access, processing or erasure of the personal data.
  5. BayanNatin.net is not a party of nor is it involved in any actual transaction involving any listed entrepreneur or service provider and users of the site that would like to engage his service.

  6. BayanNatin.net does not have control over and does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of products and services listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, the ability of those listed to provide the products or services they listed, the ability of those inquiring about their products and services to pay for the products or services, or that a transaction will be completed.

  7. In any event, BayanNatin.net, its officers, directors, employees or agents shall not be liable in any event for any losses, claims or damages suffered by any listed entrepreneur or service provider whatsoever and howsoever arising or resulting from his/her use or inability to use the sites and their contents, including negligence and disputes between any parties.
